Bundle-Description:
Introducing our new "Smooth and Chocolatey" coffee bundle, featuring two of our beloved Guatemalan and Costa Rican coffees. This carefully curated selection showcases the rich, velvety textures and deep cocoa notes that both origins are celebrated for. Our staple Guatemala Aurelio Villatoro offers a creamy body with beloved notes of caramel and milk chocolate, while the Costa Rica Carlos Castro enhances the blend with its milk chocolate richness and just a hint of fruited tartness. Together, these beans create a harmonious and indulgent experience, perfect for those seeking a balanced and comforting cup. Elevate your coffee routine with this exclusive flavor profile bundle that embodies the best of smooth, chocolatey coffee.
Coffees Included:
Caramel - This coffee is incredibly smooth with a heavy emphasis on developed sugar. Caramel presents these two major traits in an easily understood way. However, we did notice a stonefruit sweetness as well. In fact, there was much debate on if this year’s coffee was more caramel or more stonefruit. Let us know what you think!
Milk Chocolate - Coffee and chocolate go hand in hand, but every once in a while a coffee tastes more chocolatey than most. This honey processed bean stands as no exception with a deliciously smooth and sweet note of milk chocolate.
Cream - The idea behind the note of cream was in order to describe the mouthfeel. This cup boasts a particularly smooth profile overall.
Carlos Castro • Washed-Processed Catuai from Rio Jorco
Milk chocolate - This coffee has a very unique complexity with a lot of smoothness. Milk chocolate is a smooth, sweet, slightly bitter note that we felt encapsulates this idea well.
Jam - Jam has sweet, thick, and slightly tart properties. We chose this note because this coffee has a touch of just about everything.
Tonic - In the same way tonic has a bitter-forward nuance, we pick that up in this coffee’s cup as well. Overall, this coffee is a dynamic source of a lot of notes that can be played with depending on the brew method.
