Tasting Notes
Coffee beans from the Loma La Gloria farm have become a staple here at Sagebrush. This new crop boasts a delightful fruity flavor profile with hints of stone fruit, particularly the sweet and tangy taste of plums. As you savor the coffee, you'll notice a perfect balance of richness and creaminess, much like a chocolate-covered almond, due to the unique yellow honey process. If you're looking for a smooth and intricate coffee, ideal for a variety of brewing methods, look no further than this exceptional bean.
Loma La Gloria Coffee Production
Finca Loma La Gloria (“Hill of the Glory”) was started by Anny Ruth’s father, Roberto, in the late 1990’s. In 2001, Roberto built a dry mill whose operations were soon abandoned after it was built. During this time, Roberto still grew coffee but would sell it to other mills or on the local market.
