"This coffee is all about smoothness and complexity, with a little bit of everything going on in the cup. Right away, there’s a sweet milk chocolate note that gives the coffee a creamy, balanced feel, with just enough bitterness to keep things interesting. As you keep sipping, jam-like sweetness comes through, bringing a thicker, fruitier quality with a subtle tartness that adds some depth. There’s also a tonic-like bitterness that pops up in the finish, giving the cup a little more energy and making it feel dynamic from start to finish. Depending on how you brew it, different parts of the coffee really come forward, which makes this one especially fun to play around with."
